FOnewearl is a newman Force who boasts the highest MST and TP of all classes in the game, and the highest ATA of all the Forces. She has unparalleled power with the simple class of techniques. With her MST, she is a very strong spell caster and the strongest
Resta power which, along with her increased Resta and
Anti range, makes her very effective in a supportive role. Due to her comparatively high ATA, she uses weapons with the Hell and Demon's specials more effectively than other Forces.
FOnewearl also has the lowest ATP of all classes in the game, and her extremely low ATP cap locks her out of many useful weapons, such as
Excalibur and
ES J-Cutter /
ES Slicer. She is also unable to use the vast majority of weapons effectively, making it difficult for her to contribute where techniques are not viable, especially in Episode 2.
In practice, FOnewearl is a weaker and more restrictive version of FOnewm, as her perks do not significantly give her any edge over him as FOnewm's stronger Gi- and Ra-series techniques are used much more commonly, and FOmar's Gi-series boost also gives him stronger
Gifoie than FOnewearl.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Highest Force ATA - With 186 ATA, FOnewearl is able to use special weapons more effectively than other forces, and is also granted access to Demon's
ES Mechgun - Strongest Resta - FOnewearl is arguably better than FOmarl at support, as her high
Resta range and up to 1,070 HP healing makes her more effective at support when necessary - Extremely powerful solo - As FOnewearl is a Force, she is very powerful when alone in Episode 1 and 4.
Cons
- Lowest ATP in the game - With only 583 ATP, FOnewearl is unable to do respectable physical damage outside of
Vivienne, and is locked out of important weapons such as
ES Slicer and
Excalibur - More restrictive variant of FOnewm - Other than her increased Resta potency, FOnewearl plays like a weaker FOnewm with fewer options
- Lowest HP in the game - With a soft cap of 1,398 HP, FOnewearl does not have the HP to get hit by a Dark Bringer's charged shot even once without dying
Section ID choice
Note that the section ID choices below are merely suggestions, and are not required choices for playing FOnewearl. All IDs have tangible benefits, leaving ID selection up to player preference. Below are a few recommended IDs for FOnewearl depending on what type of item coverage is preferred.
Finding items that FOnewearl hunts well
Bluefull
This section id will be a strong choice for players while they spend time leveling in Very Hard.
While leveling, you'll want to run quests that allow you to hunt for the rare enemy, Del Rappy, for a chance to drop
Ignition Cloak. You can hunt for
Heavenly/Arms and
Photon Crystal in Very Hard, which can be traded to other players to help acquire items for FOnewearl.
Once you reach Ultimate on Bluefull, you can hunt for
Limiter and then unseal it yourself to
Adept, and also chase high value items like:
Pyscho Wand,
Heaven Punisher, and
Nei's Claw. Though Bluefull boasts one of the best Pyscho Wand hunts in the game by rate, new players may find it easier to hunt for it themselves through
Purplenum in caves.
Redria
This is the most popular ID to host Episode 4 desert quests while hunting for
Heaven Striker and
Diska of Braveman.
Redria also has good Ruins drops, finding both
Red Ring and
Diska of Braveman.
Purplenum
You can hunt for
Pyscho Wand in Caves, and host popular hunts for other items in all episodes of the game for items like
M&A60 Vise, which can be traded to other players for photon drops to help trade for FOnewearl items.
Yellowboze
While leveling in Very Hard, you'll want to run quests that allow you to hunt for the rare enemy, Del Rappy, for a chance to drop
Ignition Cloak. When you reach Ultimate, you'll have access to some of the best hunts in the game including:
Galatine,
Excalibur,
V101,
Daylight Scar (rare boss),
Frozen Shooter, and many other items that have modest value trading with other players.
Greenill
Forces are masters of Episode 4, and Greenill has a very powerful Episode 4 with items such as
V101,
Heaven Striker, and
Cannon Rouge. Greenill has decent Ruins drops as well, finding both
Red Ring and
Monkey King Bar.
Finding items for FOnewearl
Pinkal
If you are looking to hunt items with value for trading, this is rarely the best section id for this character. If you do not intend to trade with other players on Ephinea, Pinkal will be a good choice because it finds many core Force items such as:
Fire Scepter: Agni,
Ice Staff: Dagon, and
Storm Wand: Indra. It also has boosted rates to all amplifier hunts. Once reaching Ultimate, Pinkal offers useful Force items such as
Slicer of Fanatic,
V801,
Limiter,
Guardianna,
Lame d'Argent, and
Diska of Braveman.
General good ID
Whitill
Whitill is a powerful ID that gets many coveted and valued items in almost every area in the game. Whitill is the most unrestrictive ID, giving players the freedom to play any content and still have the chance of scoring something big, in contrast to more restrictive IDs such as
Bluefull, which focus players into certain areas. Whitill finds many good items such as
V502,
Heaven Striker,
Diska of Braveman,
Frozen Shooter,
Slicer of Fanatic, and more!
