Coren
Coren (a.k.a. "The Wandering Tekker") is an NPC that appears outside of the shopping district in Pioneer 2 and allows players to gamble 
Meseta for a chance at winning various prizes. The available prizes vary depending on the day of the week (based on UTC, visible in-game with the /time chat command) and amount gambled. The chance of winning a prize depends on its item star rarity. In general, the higher the item star rarity, the lower the chance of receiving it as a prize from gambling. The exact rates are included in the individual item pages.
