Gi Gue's Body is an enemy part obtainable exclusively from killing Gi Gue.
Usage
Gi Gue's Body can be converted into 
Gi Gue Bazooka by completing the Episode 1 side story quest 
Doc's Secret Plan, then speaking to Montague on Pioneer 2 in either of the side story quests Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door.
