10 Anniv. Silver Badges can be traded up for an Anniv. Gold Badge. The Badger will perform this service; he is located next to the teleporter to The Principal.
Availability
Events
Anniv. Silver Badge drops from any enemy (except for scared Rappies) on Very Hard and Ultimate difficulties during the Anniversary event. It drops more commonly on Ultimate difficulty.
Quest Reward
1 Anniv. Silver Badge is awarded when any quest in the single-area 
Maximum Attack E series is cleared. 2 badges are awarded when August Atrocity 1 or August Atrocity 2 are cleared. This can be repeated indefinitely, but the quest are only active during the Anniversary event.
