Red Paint is a tool that can be used to change a painted or skinned 
Red Ring back into its original red coloring.
Availability
Quest Reward
Red Paint can be obtained for free in either 
The Forge from the RAmar near the Check Room or Seasons Shop from the Guards Shop NPC. There is no limit to the number of Red Paints that can be obtained this way.
