Anniv. Platinum Badge is an extremely rare Anniversary event-exclusive item. It can be traded for one of five rare weapons or a unique Mag cell in the 
Anniversary Badge Shop.

In the Anniversary Badge Shop, an Anniv. Platinum Badge can be exchanged for one of five rare weapons, or a unique Mag cell.
The Guide
The Guide is located in the Hunter's Guild. For 1 Anniv. Platinum Badge, she will allow the player to choose one rare item from the following list (all weapons come without attributes):
