Blue Powder Coating is a rare tool that is a combination item. It can be used on the rare weapons
Baranz Launcher and
Cannon Rouge to apply a blue skin to them.
To apply the skin, equip a compatible piece of equipment, and use the skin in the inventory. A weapon that is skinned with Blue Powder Coating will have its name appended with an asterisk (*), and also have "Coating: Blue" in the item description.
