Heart of Chao is a Mag cell. It can be used on a third evolution Mag with all of its stats at level 35 or above to evolve it into 
Chao.

There is a 12% chance of finding a Heart of Chao from a Jack-O'-Lantern, obtained from a Hallo Rappy during the Halloween Event.
