Grass Assassin's Arms is an enemy part obtainable exclusively from killing Grass Assassin.
Usage
Grass Assassin's Arms can be converted into 
G-Assassin's Sabers by completing the Episode 1 side story quest 
Doc's Secret Plan, then speaking to Montague on Pioneer 2 in either of the side story quests Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door.
