Usage
S-Berill's Arms can be converted into 
S-Berill's Hands #0 by completing the Episode 1 side story quest 
Doc's Secret Plan, then speaking to Montague on Pioneer 2 in either of the side story quests Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door.
