Gal Gryphon's Wing is an enemy part obtainable exclusively from killing Gal Gryphon.
Usage
Gal Gryphon's Wing can be converted into 
Gal Wind by completing the Episode 1 side story quest 
Doc's Secret Plan, then speaking to Montague on Pioneer 2 in either of the side story quests Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door.
