Jack-O'-Lantern is a rare tool. It is obtained as a seasonal drop during the Halloween event and can be used from the inventory to acquire a random item from a predetermined list.

Once used, a Jack-O'-Lantern will place one of the following items directly into the inventory:

During the Halloween event, Love Rappies are replaced by Hallo Rappies, which drop Jack-O'-Lantern at a rate of 7/8 instead of the usual Love Rappy rare drop.
