Anniv. Silver Badge drops from any enemy (except for scared Rappies) on Very Hard and Ultimate difficulties during the Anniversary event. It drops more commonly on Ultimate difficulty.

Quest Reward

1 Anniv. Silver Badge is awarded when any quest in the single-area Maximum Attack E series is cleared. 2 badges are awarded when August Atrocity 1 or August Atrocity 2 are cleared. This can be repeated indefinitely, but the quest are only active during the Anniversary event.
