Blue-black Stone is a rare tool that is a combination item. It can be used to turn Monkey King Bar into Black King Bar. The attributes from the Monkey King Bar will be transferred to the resulting Black King Bar. This process must be done on a Hunter of level 100 or higher with at least 800 ATP.
