Heart of YN-0117 is a Mag cell. It is used to create the 
Elenor mag when used with a level 50+ third evolution Mag.
Lore
The name of this Mag Cell was decided upon by Ephinea staff since it was not obtainable in previous versions of the game. "YN-0117" is Elenor's callsign in the Side Story missions.
